Youth Sports Performance

Our classes are designed for young athletes who want to play or who are training to compete in their particular sport.  We utilize the newest speed, agility and strength training methods specifically for young athletes.

Your young athlete will dramatically improve their running skills, first-step quickness, total body integrated strength & movement, linear & lateral speed, jumping & landing technique, footwork, acceleration & deceleration, agility, and build self-confidence.  These sessions will help your child reach their full athletic potential which will come out on the court/field and in the classroom as well

Movements in sport and in a child’s everyday activity consist of athletic based movements.  Therefore It is essential for athletic development to be implemented before specializing in a particular sport.  The broad skills that this program creates will enable their natural talent to be fully expressed on the field/court.

Classes began on Jan 23rd and run for eight weeks.    If you don’t want to wait until the next session you can contact me about getting them into class right away.

Classes are held inside of Hunters Glen Elementary School in Thornton from 6-7pm
